Customer can cancel or reschedule from our the link that our system send a confirmation with no charge but If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 4 hours before your appointment, then a $20 cancellation fee will be charge 

All first time clients must pay a $20 deposit fee that goes towards your service unless you cancel or reschedule 4 hours before your service.  

We are specialize in volume eyelash extension. The lightest, softest and longest lasting 

Paradise Lash Lounge does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3 day grace period to come in for touch-ups as needed.

This does not apply to touch-ups or weekly.

We accept eyelash refill even you got your lash done from other lash lounge. Price Varies deepening on condition , if you  If less than 20% left of the extension will consider a new set.
